The data required for registration is as follows.

The above rates do not include VAT (if applicable), as 21% or 9% VAT is charged on services or goods.

During registration, exhibitors can indicate a preference for a corner booth or a center booth, however, the final choice is made by the Pasar Besar organization.

Pasar Besar has a cooperation agreement with an experienced and affordable booth builder, HRSB (Home - Holland Reklame en Standbouw (hrsb.nl).

Exhibitors can receive a quote with many design and material options in addition to the standard booth.

Any additional costs will be charged to exhibitors by the booth builder.

Exhibitors may choose a stand builder other than HRSB under certain circumstances, but only after consultation with the Pasar Besar organization and approval by all parties.

In addition to the grounds referred to in paragraphs 2 to 4 and 7 of this article, the exhibitor can only cancel its registration by sending a binding registration form or participation agreement with due observance of the following payment arrangement:

Cancellation up to 180 days (6 months) before the start of the fair: 25% of the participation fee;

Cancellation from 180 to 90 days (3 months) before the start of the fair: 50% of the participation fee;
-
Cancellation from 90 to 60 days (2 months) before the start of the fair: 75% of the participation fee;
-
Cancellation of 60 days (2 months) before, until the day of the start of the fair: 100% of the participation fee.

"Start of the fair" means the first build-up day of the fair. Cancellation must be made by registered mail.

Costs incurred and directly borne by the Exhibitor are costs related to booth production, logistics during the exhibition, transportation and accommodation of the exhibition execution team, and others with the following details:

The cost of a booth depends on the size of the area (in square meters) and the accessories you want, based on the theme of each exhibitor.
