Event Schedule

To ensure you can plan your setup and participation effectively, it's important to follow the event schedule. Follow these steps to avoid any issues:

 

Check Event Guidelines:

A complete schedule is usually available in the exhibitor manual or event rules. Make sure you are prepared for the setup, event and teardown dates and times.
 

Be On Time:

Don't miss the setup and teardown times. Delays could disrupt the event flow. Be Prepared for Teardown: Make sure you're ready to dismantle your stand in accordance with the schedule, to avoid inconveniencing other exhibitors or attendees.

Booth Setup

When designing or setting up your booth, ensure that it complies with the regulations set by the event organizers or the venue. The following steps will help ensure that your booth meets the height requirements:

 

Account for the Booth Location:

Check the booth height requirements in the exhibitor manual. Be sure to know the maximum height allowed for your booth structure, displays, or signage.

 

Consider Overhead Elements:

If your booth includes hanging signage or structures from the ceiling, make sure these also meet the height requirements. Many venues restrict the height of elements suspended above the floor.

Networking

Maximizing your networking opportunities is an important part of any exhibition. Follow these steps to ensure you make the most of your time at the event:

 

Engage Attendees:

Demonstrate your products or services interactively via product presentation session (contact your sales representative) to attract attention and keep attendees engaged. Collect contact information from attendees for follow-up after the event.

 

Attend Networking Sessions:

Make the most of the networking sessions organised by the event, as well as the informal networking opportunities with other exhibitors and attendees.
